Registration

All payments have to be received no later than March 27, 2013 (Taiwan time).An additional 5% of the registration fee will be added for onsite registration and payment.

All conference participants should make sure their INQAAHE membership is current before registering for the INQAAHE conference in order to be eligible for member conference rates. Check my INQAAHE membership

Registration Early Bird Closing Date

1. To qualify for the early bird registration your registration form must be received by February 15 2013 (Taiwan time).

2. Early bird registration fee must be paid by February 20 2013 (Taiwan time), or your registration will be cancelled automatically.

 

Onsite Registration

An additional 5% of the registration fee will be added for onsite registration and payment.

IMPORTANT:

Please indicate the following information on your remittance slip of bank transfer for easy and correct confirmation of your payment. This information includes:

1.Registration Number(Will be shown when your registration is completed).

2.Complete Name of the Participant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund be made if notified no later than March 22 2013. Please note that we will only refund 50% of the fee . After this date, no reimbursement will be made.

In case that you cannot attend the meeting but you wish someone from your organization attend it on your place, please inform inqaahe2013@heeact.edu.tw later than March 15 2013 .
